Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out The Influence Of business models on competitiveness through online communities on food MSMEs in Jabodetabek. The population in this research are the owner of food MSMEs, conducted from April to May 2021. The sampling technique used acidental sampling to decide 203 respondents. Collecting data using accidental technique using questionnaire that has been tested its validity and reliability. Methods of data analysis with descriptive and quantitative. The quantitative analysis using Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the research show that the Business Model has a significant influence on the online community with a t-value of 8.87, the Business Model has a significant influence on competitiveness with a t-value of 10.37, while the Online Community does not have a significant effect on the Competitiveness with a t-value of 0.04, and the Business Model does not have an indirect effect on Competitiveness through Online Communities with a t-value of 0.04.
