Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product quality and influencers on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. The population in this study was consumers who bought Baso Ayah products at Kayuolshop2020. Accidental sampling method. This analysis uses SEM analysis by using Smart-PLS to analyze and develop models. The results of this study state that these three hypotheses support each other. This research will also be able to help for the development of Baso Ayah. This study explores the relationship between the two. Product Quality and Influencers on Customer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions.
